Estate Management is a comprehensive annual plan customized to your property and to your needs. |

· Plant Health Care including applications of horticultural oils, herbicides, and fungicides to help control pest and/or pathogens. Deep-Root fertilizations are also applied to promote plant health and root growth.
· Turf Maintenance including mowing and trimming of grass . This process is done on a set weekly schedule.
· Turf Fertilization & Selective Weed Control including four or five applications of required fertilizers and selective herbicides.
· Landscape Maintenance including Spring property cleanup, Autumn leaf removal, pruning landscape plants to shape, edging and mulching landscape beds and weed control.
· Leaf Removal from landscape beds and property as needed either on an ad hoc basis or as part of scheduled visits.
· Routine Ornamental Tree Pruning to maintain size and shape of trees.
· Snow Removal & De-Icing to be performed any time icy conditions occur or after 2’’ of snow accumulation. |
