2011 International Competition - Sydney, AUSThe 2011 International Tree Climbing Championship was held this year in Sydney, Australia, July 23-24.
After winning the regional championship, MTC&L arborist and climber Jay Butcher advanced to the international competition, with Brian Griffith as runner up. Unfortunately, Jay was unable to attend due to illness, so Brian Griffith (who took 2nd in the regionals) took his place.
