Landscape DesignA professional landscape design is the first step in making your property look its best.
Having a design drawn up can actually save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars, by avoiding costly mistakes of installation work done without proper planning. Design fees are waived if MTC&L does the installation work.
Full Design Service. Meet with our landscape designer to discuss your needs and walk through your property. A scaled sketch of the yard or work area, photo imaging (where appropriate) and recommendations for plants, lighting, and/or hardscape materials will follow. The cost of this service will vary based on the scope of work. We will be happy to give you a quote for creating a design after our first site visit. All design fees are waived if MTC&L does the installation work.
Design Consultation. Clients can opt for a one-hour consultation with a sketch done on site to save on cost. Cost is $150 for the first hour, $75 for every hour after that.
